GENERAL NOTES
1. ALL WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROJECT
SPECIFICATIONS, CITY OF RENTON STANDARDS, AND THESE PLANS.
2. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE FAMILIAR WITH AND COORDINATE WITH
LOCATIONS OF ALL EXISTING AND NEW ON -SITE UTILITIES PRIOR TO
COMMENCING ANY SOIL PREPARATION, AND PLANTING WORK.
3. LIMITS OF PLANTING EQUALS LIMITS OF DISTURBANCE. MEET AND
MATCH EXISTING LANDSCAPE CONDITIONS WITH A SMOOTH
TRANSITION.
4. REPAIR OR REPLACE IN KIND ANY IRRIGATION DAMAGED DURING
CONSTRUCTION PER SPECIFICATIONS.
5. PROTECT ALL VEGETATION NOT INDICATED FOR REMOVAL. IT IS THE
CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO RESTORE AND REPLACE ANY
PLANTING AREAS THAT ARE DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY TO PRECONSTRUCTION CONDITION.
6. REFER TO ROW, SURVEY CONTROL & ALIGNMENT PLAN FOR
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT ALIGNMENT AND REVISED
ROW ALIGNMENT LOCATIONS.
7. REFER TO THE SITE PREPARATION PLANS AND THE APPROVED
PROTECTED TREE AND PLANT MAINTENANCE PLAN. SEE TREE AND
PLANT PROTECTION SPECIFICATIONS FOR TREE PROTECTION AND
TREE REMOVALS.
8. REFER TO LANDSCAPE DETAILS FOR SOIL PREP REQUIREMENTS IN
TREE PROTECTION ZONES.
