The Development Engineering Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on
01/21/2026. During our review, staff has determined that it is necessary in order to proceed further.
The following comments will need to be addressed and documents re-submit before we may continue the review
of the above subject application:
• Redline comments requiring corrections can be found at the City’s File Transfer Portal (FTP) site available
at the following link and are attached for reference:
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. The maximum
