NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Renton City Council has fixed the 2nd day of March 2026, at
7:00 p.m. as the date and time for a public hearing to be held in the seventh floor Council
Chambers of Renton City Hall, 1055 S. Grady Way, Renton, 98057, to consider the following:
Solicit public input regarding the adoption of an ordinance declaring a portion of a
utility easement encumbering King County Parcel No. 7791000050 as surplus to
the city’s needs and authorizing its partial release. (File No. RE-26-001). Located
in the vicinity of 3906 NE 17th St, Renton, WA 98056.
Additionally, this meeting is also being offered as a hybrid meeting on March 2, 2026, at 7 p.m. by
means of a Zoom video-conference web application. For those wishing to attend by Zoom, please

5 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2026, so that the meeting information can be provided to you prior to
the start of the meeting. Alternatively, written comments on this topic can be submitted to
cityclerk@rentonwa.gov by 5:00 p.m. on March 2, 2026.
