In many places the grammatical errors change the technical meaning (e.g., “discharge to a series of BioPods and Bioscapes.” Vs. “discharge to a BioPod or Bioscape”), or are grammatically incorrect and make the sentence non-sensical. Some of these are listed specifically in comments below, but not all. 1,2,3 CPL Response: Typos have been removed and discrepancies in terminology resolved. PDF 4 Both “Drainage Plan” and “Temporary Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan” are defined by the acronym (TESC)? 3 CPL Response: TESC removed from PDF 4 where Drainage Plan is referenced. TESC is only TESC as suggested. Maintenance should be moderate, as all drainage is routed first through water quality facilities, unlike old Boeing site operations.
