Unless otherwise noted, the following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King,WA.
On 03-12-2025 at approximately 1658 hours I was dispatched to a two-vehicle collision blocking
the roadway.
U1 and U2 were traveling westbound in the most northern lane approaching SE Petrovitsky Rd/
108th Ave SE. U1 admitted to rear ending U2 when coming to a stop for the red light. U1 suffered
minor cosmetic damage to the front license plate area of the vehicle. U2 suffered minor
cosmetic damage to the rear bumper. Both vehicles were drivable. U2 requested a police case,
which is the reason for this documentation. I photographed the damage to the vehicles which
were uploaded to evidence.com. I provided both drivers with the case number. Nothing further.
