Site Screening The perimeter of the site facing the Public ROW will be screened using a perimeter fence to hide the construction activities from public view. Please refer to the attached site plan for further clarification. 3. On Site Parking The workers will be encouraged to car-pool to the site, and everyone will be informed that under no circumstances are they to use the neighboring 156th Ave SE for street parking. We anticipate having adequate parking along the private access road north of the proposed lots. 4. Construction Communication Contact Person: TBD, Superintendent, xxx-xxx-xxxx [Construction Company Name] can be contacted anytime during business hours. All after hour emails and voicemails left outside of business hours will be responded to the following day. Construction Notification List: [Construction Company Name] will put together a list of all neighbors who will be contacted and informed of any major activity or closures in advance. The list and all procedures will be shared with the Renton Building Department for review and approval. 2 Communication methods: The following mediums will be used to notify the contacts on the Construction Notification list:  Phone calls and email where possible.  Visit.  Door hangers.  Postings in the neighborhoods where allowed.  Communicate everything with the subcontractor and suppliers’ offices.  Inform all workers on site, especially the foremen, of upcoming events or other notices. 5. Development Guidelines and Regulations RMC 4-4-030 All activities on site shall adhere to the requirements of Renton’s RMC 4-4-030 Development Guidelines and Regulations - General. The [Construction Company Name] team will also be in contact with the Renton Building Department. The following are the work hours that we are aware of at this time: ONSITE: • 7:00AM – 10:00PM (M-F) • 9:00AM – 10:00PM (SAT & SUN) HAUL HOURS: • 8:30AM – 3:30PM (M-F ONLY)  [Construction Company Name] will provide prior notification to neighbors prior to any approved work outside typical construction work hours listed in the RMC. 3 6. Truck Haul Routes, Staging, and Traffic Impact The source of imported structural fill and the destination for our earthwork export have not been determined at this time. Please refer to the Truck Haul Route map below. Truck Traffic: We will reach out to the Renton Department of Transportation to ensure that our trucking would not impact the traffic in the area during peak hours. Truck Staging Areas: The private access road onsite will provide adequate space for trucks to be staged at any given time. Please refer to the attached site plan for further clarification.
