Happy Friday. Following up my voice message with an email.
Thank you for approval of the Final Corrected ROWP23-0016 Plan, for the ditch improvement on
154th. We appreciate your site inspection time and approval of plans. With that said, I’m reaching
out to see if there are any other close-out items we need to address, and what our next steps for
bond conversion. Attached are our Cash Deposit Performance Bond and receipt. The Liability Policy
was submitted to the Permit Center last November, see attached email.

We received the attached Road Drainage Punch List Conditions. Could you please forward us copies
of the following forms for below items 806, 808?
Attached for ease of reference are FING24-0098/ROWP23-0016 – Cash Deposit Bond, Agreement to
Construct Improvement and Stabilize/Restore the Right-of-Way agreement, and Cash Bond Deposit
Receipt.
806 A TWO YEAR MAINTENANCE AND DEFECT financial guarantee warranting the
successful operation and maintenance of RIGHT-OF-WAY improvements and/orDRAINAGE FACILITIES. Please contact the Financial Guarantee Management Unit
(FGMU), at (206) 296-6659, to obtain the proper forms. DO NOT SUBMIT THISFINANCIAL GUARANTEE UNTIL ALL OTHER CONSTRUCTIONPUNCHLIST ITEMS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED.NOTE: If this project is a plat/short plat and has not been recorded, pleasecontact the inspector prior to requesting or submitting theAGREEMENT.
The amount of this guarantee, (25% of the total costs (including a 30% contingencyand mobilization factor) for existing right-of-way and future public road improvements
