The following briefly describes the application and the necessary Public Approvals. DATE OF NOTICE OF APPLICATION March 16, 2026 PROJECT NAME/NUMBER: Roberts Short Plat / LUA26-000083, PR26-000015 PROJECT LOCATION: APN 1463400052 APPLICANT/PROJECT CONTACT PERSON: Edward Mecum / 1700 NW Gilman Blvd, Ste 200, Issaquah, WA 98027 LOCATION WHERE APPLICATION MAY BE REVIEWED: Applicant documents are available online through the City of Renton Document Center website. See also http://rentonwa.gov/landuseapp26-000083 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant proposes a four-lot short plat on a 54,893-square-foot (1.26- acre) parcel located within the Residential-4 (R-4) zoning district. The site is currently vacant. Access to the proposed lots would be gained from Toledo Ave SE. According to City of Renton (COR) Maps, the site contains regulated slopes of fifteen percent (15%) to less than twenty-five percent (25%). The site also contains 63 significant trees, of which 17 are proposed to be retained. The applicant submitted a Technical Information Report (TIR), Arborist Report, and Geotechnical Services Report with the application.
