Are there any wetlands on site? Is 167 area wetland or floodplain? (Cameron) Alyssa can look into this. Excavating 15 CY in floodplain SWPPP code 3 in Shimmick’s court Open TESC Items Update on bird survey? Hoping to start vegetation clearing 3/12. – HOT Alyssa to follow up with Mistie ESAF sent to Ecology – Ashley and Shimmick to provide letter of delegation to Ecology for the permittee. 3/15 DMR due Ashley to follow up with Ecology on email authorization. Wednesday 3/4 - Encore sampled treated water per the AO and sampled water from the 30” storm pipe for RCRA 8 + Cu, Ni, Zn. 2nd batch sample planned for Tuesday after 1st batch results. Status on Temp power for the treatment system? (Eric) PSE meeting update Temp 3ph power available when permanent transformer is set on site. Emergency response training completed Wednesday 3/4. Shimmick, Encore, and Watertectonics What happens when tanks get full and who to call etc. Notification within the system through auto-dialer – Adam to check. Need clarification on what happens if system goes into recirc mode for turbidity and pH issues, is there a warning or communications of treatment issues, not just water levels and rain fall. (Eric) Ashley was not able to attend the training and will need to circle back with group on what was discussed. Upcoming Schedule Asphalt berm currently being installed Tree protection – pending approval by ST and Renton Install dewatering wells –3/23 hopefully sooner Sewer work within main site on South end – 3/23 Demo concrete and asphalt middle of site, stockpile on gravel – 3/13ish Sewer trench line, remove asphalt – 3/23 Trenches capped with clean gravel until excavation occurs Full on demo and excavation starting May/June Work is starting on site, start at MH 3 and move North. TCPs need approval before ROW work starts. TCPs in review Open Items Put delineation around trees that remain to start initial clearing until tree protection plan is approved (Alyssa) New director of environmental compliance with Sound Transit visiting the site with Alyssa next week.
