This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 2 to TAG-25-045 with PreCise
MRM LLC. The purpose of this amendment is to document the annual renewal of our LiGO
Subscription.The current subscription term is 03/16/2026 – 03/16/2027.
Ligo is a fleet management subscription used by the Public Works Transportation
Maintenance division.
