This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-061 with Flipsnack.
The purpose of this Amendment is to document the annual renewal of our Professional
Flipsnack Subscription. The renewal term is 04/23/2026 – 04/23/2027.
Flipsnack is a digital publishing platform used by Communications to create and share
online publications.
