REETA: We need the address of Drofiak Properties LLC added to box 1. With the permission of Vladimir Drofiak (email is fine), we at the City can add that.
Declaration of Covenant for Inspection…BMPs: We are concerned that King County will reject recording the site plan (Exhibit A) due to some of the text being light/faint and too small.
They are very, very picky. The faint text needs to be darkened on that page and all text needs to be at least 8 point font size or larger as some is measuring around 6 point (this is
a state law that recorded docs have at least 8 point font size or larger).

We have reviewed the updated bond quantity worksheet and it is good to go. In the log below you’ll see an updated performance surety amount and information on how to pay the final
invoice. All items identified as needed for the pre-con must be provided prior to scheduling the pre-construction meeting.
Further, the recordable documents (covenants, deed, reeta) all require corrections and are being returned. These do not require update prior to issuance of the permit but will need
to be updated and finalized at time of close out.
* Final set of plans and drainage report Complete. Note, project conditions of approval: 1. Site construction, including buildings, is limited to construction of detention vault
only. Once vault is complete and used as sediment retention facility, other site, building and utility construction can occur. 2. Sidewalk access shall be maintained at all times
unless an approved traffic control plan and pedestrian detour route is approved by City traffic control division. Any sidewalk closures or pedestrian detours shall be limited to only
times when work along the sidewalk is occurring. A safe route must be provided at all other times. 3. A wet weather operating plan shall be submitted to the City of Renton if any
work is to occur during the wet season. Otherwise, the site shall be closed and stabilized during the wet season months.
