Annual Renewal of Website Maintenance and Licensing
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 3 to CAG-24-028 with Granicus.
This amendment authorizes payment of Invoice# 225260, in the amount of $29,730.19, for
the annual renewal of AzureAD Connector and OpenCities for website maintenance and
licensing. The current renewal term is 03/01/2026 -02/28/2027.
AzureAD Connector and OpenCities are used by the Communications division to maintain
our Rentonwa.gov website.
