Yes, please keep both KCWTD comment letters as a party of records for this project. Apologies for the confusion.
This new comment letter is sent on behalf of the King County Local Public Agency. It would need to be sent to the
project team to review as we have King County facility located near the project location.
• The 1st comment letter sent on 02/20/26 is from another King County WTD agency, the Capacity Charge
Program. Please forward their letter to the responsible party who handles sewer connections and forms.
