This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-039 with BERLA. The
purpose of this zero-dollar Amendment is to extend ourBERLA iVesoftware renewal date
through 03/28/2028. Per the vendor the initial purchase included two additional years of
licensing.
iVe is a collection of tools which will be used by the Police Department to support
investigators throughout the vehicle forensics process.
