On 03/18/26 at approximately 1748 hours I responded to a vehicle vs bicycle collision in the intersection of Rainier Ave S and SW Sunset Blvd. Dispatch relayed the cyclist was still down and not getting up. Due to the nature of the call, I proceeded to the location using my emergency Lights and siren. I arrived on scene at approximately 1754 hours and began helping at the location. Shortly after I arrived, I observe Sergeant(Sgt)Tolliver arriving on scene from the north. When Sgt Tolliver arrived, he stated he may have struck a vehicle but was unsure.We checked the front passenger side of his vehicle and noticed paint transfer with no other damage on his vehicle. Sgt Tolliver was aware of the vehicle and when it began to proceed through the intersection he obtained the plate,which was WA CUV9243 (Unit 2), and it was occupied by two people a mate driver and female front passenger. The two people continued to drive,wherein I believed they were unsure if their vehicle was struck as well. Sgt Tolliver told me Unit 2 was in lane 2 attempting to merge to the right in order to pass the collision in the intersection. Sgt Tolliver believed there was enough room for his vehicle to fit to the left of Unit 2, however, as he pulled through, he slightly struck the rear driver's side of Unit 2 causing paint transfer. I took photos of Sgt Tolliver's vehicle identified by WA plate XMT 67144D and uploaded them to the case. I later ran the plate CUV9243 and it returned to Przbyciel, Nolan and Wallens, Melissa located at 17134 120TH Ter SE, APT U204, Renton WA, 98058-8535.At approximately 2050 hours I drove to the location and located Unit 2 in the parking lot. I noticed a spot on the rear driver's side that Looked as if they attempted to buff out the damage, I took photos of Unit 1 which were uploaded to the case.
