Narrative
On 03-19-2026 at 1522 hours I was dispatched to Dairy Queen, located at 4710 NE 4th St, in the City of
Renton, County of King, State of Washington,for a reported hit and run collision that just occurred.
Upon arrival, I contacted the reporting party/Unit 2, Rajeshwari Shrestha (DOB: 10-13-1987), in the parking lot
next to her white 2019 Toyota Rav 4(WA LIC: BOY9851). Unit 2 stated she was stopped in the drive thru line
for Dairy Queen and a white 2010 Nissan Altima (WA LIC: CNG3926)was pulling out of the parking lot and
scratched her back driver side door and back left wheel.The Altima never stopped and continued out of the
parking lot before driving west on NE 4th St. I provided her with my business card which contained the case
number for her records.
Unit 2 was not injured and there was minimal damage.
I went to the address of the Altima which was at 4016 NE 7th St Renton WA. Upon arrival, I saw the Altima
parked in the driveway and it had multiple minor scuffs and marks all over it. I contacted the registered owner,
Da'Jane A. Washington (DOB: 08-28-1997), and asked her if she went to Dairy Queen and she stated yes. I
informed her that she scratched another person's vehicle in the parking lot and she had no idea. She stated
she was leaving the parking lot and did not realize she hit anyone. She stated she did not have insurance but
she was apologetic and was willing to work something out with the other driver. I provided her with Unit 2's
name/number and told her to contact them. She stated she understood. I provided her with my business card
which contained the case number for her records.
I contacted Unit 2 again and passed along Unit 1's name/number.
This collision was at very slow speeds and happened in the parking lot. Let it be known that the parking lot is
very small and many people were in the parking lot for a free ice cream event.This report is for
documentation only.
