We are just waiting on the Certificate of Insurance now. After that, we can schedule the preconstruction meeting. The following items are required to be received prior to scheduling the pre-construction meeting: • Receipt of the required Surety Device o Acceptable Documents can be found on the City website: Performance Guarantees o Required Surety Amount: $56,388.96 (Received) • Certificate of Insurance with coverages as outlined in the City’s Certificate of Insurance Guidelines (in process with Contractor) • A copy of the Civil Contractor’s license (Received) • A copy of the Civil Contractors City of Renton business license (in process with Contractor) • Contact Information (Name, address, phone number, and email) for the Specialized Billing Contact who will be responsible for any overtime inspection billing and any work performed by the City on the Applicant’s behalf.
