This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 2 to TAG-25-047 with Savance,
LLC. This packet authorizes payment of Invoice# 131206, in the amount of $1,500.00, for
the annual software maintenance renewal of Savance EIOBoard. The renewal term is
05/07/2026 -05/07/2027.
The Electronic In Out Board (EIOBoard) is used by Public Works Maintenance Services and
the Police Department to digitally identify whether staff is currently in the office or out in the
field. The system is configured with digital displays to identify where staff is located.
