Narrative
Unless otherwise noted, all events took place in the City of Renton, in the County of King, in the State of
Washington.
This incident was captured on my body worn video camera and in-car cameras.This report is a summary of
events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
On 3/25/2026, at approximately 1843 hours I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run at QFC located at
4800 NE 4th St. Dispatch advised hit and run to parked vehicle. Possible video footage available.
At approximately 1857 hours I arrived on scene. I noticed damage to the driver side front and rear door of the
victim vehicle, a 2025 Mazda CX-5 (WA LIC CPV8185). I contacted the reporting party identified as Kelly L.
Holm DOB 10/29/1960 via WADL. Kelly advised that she parked her car in the row in front of the east entrance
to QFC. She parked approximately 3 parked spots back from the store. She parked her car at approximately
1755 hours and went into the store. She exited the store at approximately 1805 and noticed the damage to
her car. She advised there were no cars parked next to her when she parked.
I noticed there were cameras set up in the parking lot that appeared to have a good angle on where her car
was parked. I spoke to a manager inside QFC and he advised that he was the night manager and only the
day/morning managers had access to the cameras.
I took photos of the damage and uploaded them into evidence.com.
If a suspect can be identified there is PC for Hit and Run Unattended.
