Narrative
ASSIGNMENT/ARRIVAL
On 03/26/2026 at approximately 1224 hours, I was dispatched to a non-injury collision that
occurred in the private parking lot of Bank of America, 300 Burnett Avenue S in the city of
Renton, King County,Washington.
The reporting party/driver was at Renton City Hall to report the collision.
DRIVER 1: SCHUBERT MICHELLE D.
I met with the reporting party, Michelle D. Schubert (DOB: 01/10/1956), in the lower parking lot
of City Hall near her vehicle, a gray 2010 Honda Insight (WA/AAW5612).The following is a
summary of our conversation:
Schubert drove the Honda north on Burnett Avenue S and turned right (east) into the private
parking lot of Bank of America. As Schubert pulled into the lot, a black Mazda 3 (WA/CPU7937)
was backing from south to north from a parking stall in the lot.
The Mazda's rear bumper collided with the Honda's passenger doors, causing scraping along
the entire passenger side doors of the Honda.
Schubert spoke with the driver of the Mazda, who remains unidentified. Schubert and the other
driver agreed that Schubert would give him $500 so they didn't have to report the incident to
police or the insurance company. Schubert agreed and paid the money. The other driver drove
off.
As Schubert entered the bank, a security guard said the collision wasn't her fault and she should
try and get her money back from the other driver.
Schubert wanted to report the incident to police in the event the other driver reported the
collision to the police or his insurance company without her knowledge.
Schubert did not get any information from the other driver. There is no probable cause to arrest

the other driver for Hit and Run Attended. Schubert voluntarily entered into a verbal, civil
contract to pay the other driver$500 so they didn't have to report the incident.
This concluded my conversation with Schubert.

This case is for documentation only.
This concluded my involvement in this case.
