SUBJECT:Annual Software License Renewal of EnteliWEB
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-032 with Ainsworth,
Inc. This packetauthorizes payment of the attached quote, in the amount of $7,004.60
($6,339.00 plus tax),for the annual software license renewal and upgrade of EnteliWEB.
The renewal term is 04/01/2026 – 03/31/2027.
Thirty-two (32) hours of technical labor is included in the quote for the vendor to perform
updates to the softwareandapply the license renewal. This quote includes more labor
hours than previous years (typically 8 hours) as we also need the vendor’s assistance to
migrate EnteliWEB to a new server this year.The city will not be charged for unused hours.
EnteliWEB is the HVAC management software for the Renton Pavilion.
