SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGE:
3/9/2026
Existing pef poles at Gateway Park were not acceptable for reinstall in current condition. Reuse of the existing poles was part of the
intended project scope. Existing ped poles were brought up to standard at the direction of the city to ensure install. This work
included adding ground lugs inside poles, removal of various bolts and screws, drilling and retapping for proper connections, opening
of all fixtures to adjust lens, clean and reclose for proper globe alignment, replacement of (4) fixture fuses, replacement of old wire
nute with waterproof type. This work was completed in 2025 and falls under the 2025 tax rate of 10.3%.
