SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGE:
3/9/2026
This change order is for the additional work listed in RFI #018 and field research for solutions of connecting stair lighting circuits. The
solution required (4) Type 2 non-slip junction boxes, individual liquidtite runs to fixtures, removal of pvc conduit between boxes in
stairs, addi tion of LED driver for additional feed location, installation of C crimps and heat shrink. This work was completed in 2025
and falls under the 2025 tax rate of 10.3%.
