This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
On 03/19/2026 at approximately 1348 hours, myself, Officer R.Watson,was dispatched to a
collision, at the intersection of Main AVE S and S 2nd ST,within the City Limits of Renton, County
of King, State of Washington.
Dispatch notes stated that there were 2 vehicles involved, non-blocking, no injuries,vehicle
descriptions and that they were located by the Veterans Memorial.
I arrived on scene and both vehicles were pulled onto Houser Way S, near the intersection of
Main AVE S.
Unit# 1, driven by Gregory M.Allen (DOB 10/20/1980)verified by WA DOL Photo, stated he was
driving a White 2017 Ford F350 (city of Seattle),WA XMT plate 66128D.There were no other
passengers in the vehicle. Gregory said he was driving southbound on Main AVE S, southbound,
when he thought he had room to pass by unit#2 but ended up colliding with unit#2's rearview
mirror assembly on the driver's side. Gregory requested a collision report be made due to the
vehicle being his work truck and a city of Seattle vehicle. Gregory was not injured and declined
aid.When I asked for Greggory's license, registration and insurance, he was able to provide me
with all documents. Unit#1 had minor damage to the rear toolbox assembly in the bed of the
pickup, no airbag deployment and was able to be driven from the scene.
Unit#2 driven by Leeandrew Nearing(DOB 11/08/1993)verified by WA DOL photo, stated he
was driving a White 2020 International MV607 (box truck),WA plate D31489E. There were no
other passengers in the vehicle. Leeandrew stated that he was stopped in front of Berliner Pub
in the parking area, preparing for a delivery when unit#1 drove by and collided with the mirror
assembly on the driver's side of his vehicle. Leeandrew was not injured and declined aid. When I
asked for Leeandrew's license, registration and insurance, he was able to provide me with all
documents. Unit#2 had a damaged driver's side mirror assembly, no airbag deployment and
was able to be driven from the scene.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.
