This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a TAG packet with Magnet Forensics. This packet
authorizes payment of Invoice # SIN092638, in the amount of $1,281.81, for the purchase of
a GrayKey Preserve license. The renewal term is 04/01/2026 – 03/31/2027.
The Police Department will utilize GrayKey Preserve to prevent cell phones being seizedas
evidence from restarting, ensuring that all data on the devices remains intact.
