SUBJECT:TAG Assignment for Zephyr Licensing
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a TAG packet with Little Arms Studios. The
purpose of this packet is to document the purchase of Zephyr Drone Simulator licensing.
This licensing was already purchased by PD, so there is no cost associated with this first
packet, but annual licensing renewalfees will apply to future renewals. The current renewal
term is 02/13/2026 – 02/12/2027.
Zephyr Drone Simulator is used by the Police Department for flight simulator training for
UAS pilots.
