Narrative
Narrative:
The following incident occurred in the City of Renton, in the County of King in the State of
Washington.
On 3-30-26 at approximately 2115hrs I contacted Shanell Brown via phone about a hit and run to her
vehicle, WA CET2358. Brown told me that she was in about the 17800 block of 108th Ave south,
facing north in the west turn lane to turn into the Fred Meyer. She stated that she was stopped and
looked in her rear-view mirror and observed a vehicle approach and hit her vehicle.
The vehicle initially stopped but then took off thru the Fred Meyer parking lot and exited the noith exit
by the Wendy's.
Brown told me that she was able to get a license plate but was not able to identify the driver oth r than
dark hair.
She stated she took video and I sent her an Axon Evidence request.
The damage to her vehicle was in the right rear and the damage to the fleeing vehicle would be in the
front,possible the left front.
Brown said that she has Progressive Insurance but was unable to provide a Policy Number.
The suspect vehicle was last seen heading west down Petrovitsky Rd towards Tukwila.
