Thank you for reaching out, your comments have been received and will be added to the record.
As you noted, this is the same project. The applicant was unable to conduct the work in the timeframe of the
permit; therefore, they had to reapply. Similar to the previous application, I will require the applicant to coordinate
with KCWTD.

Attached please find an updated letter from the King County Wastewater Treatment Division regarding the City of
Renton– Burnett Ave N Noise Variance 2026 project (LUA26-000086) located at 308 Burnett Ave N.
We previously sent a Comment Letter with As-builts to the same project back on November 10, 2025 under the
project name “PSE Noise Variance” (LUA25-000365, PR25-000001). Since the project has an updated project
number and name, we ask that this comment letter gets submitted as a party of record.
In addition, we ask that this updated comment letter can be carried over to any future updates related to the PSE
Burnett Ave N Noise Variance project.
