On 04-01-2026 at approximately 1915 hours I was responding to 308 Taylor Ave NW in the City of
Renton, County of King, State of Washington to a report of officers fighting with a suspect of a
stolen vehicle.
While en route, officers advised they had one detained. Officer Nguyen called me to advise he
had struck a curb while responding to the same call. He also advised his vehicle was inoperable.
I responded to Officer Nguyen's location which was the Arco located at 710 S Grady Way. He
advised he was traveling north on Talbot Rd S and was turning west onto S Grady Way when he
struck the curb on the north side of the street. He advised he was traveling approximately 30-35
mph. Officer Nguyen advised he was not injured.
I observed Officer Nguyen's vehicle (389) and noticed scuff marks on the front passenger side
tire.The top of the front passenger side tire appeared to be canted inward at the top of the tire.
I took photos of the damage and uploaded them to Evidence.com
I drove along the north side of the street and did not observe any obvious signs of damage.
Officer Nguyen's vehicle was towed to the City shops.
