Officer Narrative
Narrative
During this incident, I was equipped with a body-worn camera. It is important to note that the camera
may have captured things I did not perceive, and I may have perceived things not captured by the
camera. This report is intended as a summary of events to the best of my recollection and perception of
what occurred. I have paraphrased conversation(s)and may not include an exact sequencing of events.
Any inaccuracies, omissions, or mistakes are inadvertent.

On 04-05-2026, at 1231 hours, I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run attended at SW Sunset Blvd
and SW 4th PL,within the City of Renton, King County,State of Washington.
I arrived on the scene and observed a dark blue 2011 Dodge Challenger bearing license plate
WA/CVJ7355.The dodge was in a ditch.
I spoke with the Suggs, Carl A(DOB 04-22-2003), and confirmed his AZ Dot photo. Carl is the registered
owner of the Dodge. Carl was also the driver of the Dodge.
Carl stated that he was traveling eastbound on SW Sunset Blvd in Lane 2.While approaching SW 4th PL,
he observed a vehicle in the middle Lane; he thought the vehicle was making a left turn into SW 4th Pt,
going southbound. Carl said that the vehicle then made a U-turn into his Lane. He attempted to avoid the
collision and went into the ditch. Cart said the female driver stopped the car, and he went to talk to her.
He told the female driver to pull around.The female driver did not putt around and left the Location.
I then spoke with a witness who was identified as Patch,Jaidyn D(DOB 07-07-2002), confirmed by his WA
Dot photo.Jaidyn stated that he was behind Cart's vehicle,traveling eastbound on SW Sunset Blvd. He
observed a goldish Subaru Forester(2000s model)with a different colored bumper making a very slow
U-turn on SW Sunset Blvd to head eastbound, in the same direction as Jaidyn and Carl. He observed a
Carl vehicle veer away from colliding with the Forster and going off-road into a ditch.Jaidyn then drove
alongside the Forster and told an elderly woman to go back because she had caused a collision.Jaidyn
stated that she tried to say it was not her fault and then drove away from the location.Jaidyn described
the female as a 60-70-year-oLd female with white hair. He also stated that there was a light-skinned
female in the passenger seat.Jaidyn stated that he can identify the driver of the Forster.
I also spoke with another witness who was identified as Adil, Mohammed L(DOB 04-01-1988), confirmed
by his WA Dot photo. Mohammed stated that he saw a goldish Forster make a U-turn and observed the

Charger avoid the Forster,which resulted in the Charger ending up in the ditch.
There is no video surveillance for this case file.
Photos were taken and uploaded to this case file.
There was substantial damage to the Charger.
