SEE THE "STANDARD DETAILS" SECTION OF THE PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS FOR REFERENCED CITY OF RENTON (COR) STANDARD DETAILS AND ANY REFERENCED WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (WSDOT) STANDARD DETAILS. ALL WORK AND MATERIALS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY OF RENTON STANDARDS AND THE CONTRACT SPECIAL PROVISIONS 2. ALL WORK SHALL BE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BY THE CITY ENGINEER OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE. GENERAL ESC NOTES 1. THE TEMPORARY EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL (TESC) PLAN OUTLINED HEREIN IS CONCEPTUAL. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A FINAL TEMPORARY WATER POLLUTION AND EROSION CONTROL PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIAL PROVISIONS SECTION 1-07.15. 2. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THESE ESC PLANS AND THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, REPLACEMENT, AND UPGRADING OF THESE ESC FACILITIES IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE APPLICANT/ESC SUPERVISOR UNTIL ALL CONSTRUCTION IS APPROVED. 3. THE ESC FACILITIES SHOWN ON THIS PLAN MUST BE CONSTRUCTED PRIOR TO OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH ALL CLEARING AND GRADING SO AS TO ENSURE THAT THE TRANSPORT OF SEDIMENT TO SURFACE WATERS, DRAINAGE SYSTEMS, AND ADJACENT PROPERTIES IS MINIMIZED. 4. WRITTEN RECORDS SHALL BE KEPT OF WEEKLY REVIEWS OF THE ESC FACILITIES DURING THE WET SEASON (OCT. 1 TO APRIL 30) AND OF MONTHLY REVIEWS DURING THE DRY SEASON (MAY 1 TO SEPT. 30). 3.
