Special Project Information. The Contract Documents, including Standard Specifications, and all applicable laws and regulations apply to this project.The following items particular to this project are repeated here for emphasis: a. Prevailing Wages. This project has does not include federal funding. Therefore, only State Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project.
