Narrative
The following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington.
On 04/07/2026 at about 1905 hours I was dispatched to a two-vehicle collision at Airport Way and Logan Ave
S.
I arrived at about 1905 hours and contacted the driver of vehicle#1 now identified as Tamanh Le. Le stated
that she had been wearing her seatbelt and was not injured. She explained that she was stopped for a red
light in lane#1 of east bound traffic on Airport Way at Logan Ave when vehicle#2 tried to go from lane#2 into
her lane and struck the left rear side of her vehicle.
The driver of vehicle#2 identified himself as Kamal Ali. Ali stated that he had been wearing his seatbelt and
was not injured. He explained that he was traveling eastbound in the#2 lane of traffic on Airport Way
approaching Logan. Vehicle#1 was slightly ahead of him in lane#1,when it suddenly veered into his lane
striking the front right corner of his vehicle with the left rear of her vehicle. Vehicle#1 then went back into its
own lane.
There were minor scratches and paint transfer on both vehicles.
Both drivers received the information of the other driver and a case number. They were informed to notify
their insurance company of the collision.
This incident was captured on my Axon body worn video camera. This report is a summary of events that
occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
Nothing further at this time.
