Narrative-Collision
Unless otherwise noted the following events occurred within the City of Renton, County of King,
State of Washington while I was working uniformed patrol. This report is not an exact
sequencing of events and statements have been paraphrased and summarized. BWC
(body-worn camera) available.
On 04/10/2026 at approximately 1919 hours I was dispatched to a report of a non-injury motor
vehicle accident that occurred near the intersection of E Valley Rd and S 180th St.
Upon my arrival I contacted both parties,who were parked at the Shell Station, 18010 E Valley
Hwy Kent, WA 98038.
1 determined that the collision had occurred in the westbound lanes of S 180th St just east of E
Valley Rd, and thus in the city of Renton.
Neither party reported injury. I facilitated an exchange of information. Both parties were
uncertain as to how much repairs would cost. I interviewed both parties and was unable to
determine the proximate cause of the collision.
Unit 1 was a gray 2008 Toyota Sienna (WALP CGJ1230) driven by the registered owner, Renwei
Wu (DOB 11/10/1968 verified via DOL photo). Unit 2 was a white 2016 BMW M4 (WALP CSK5440)
driven by one of the registered owners, Bradley S Ridgeway(DOB 10/30/2004 verified via DOL
photo).
Unit 1 was damaged on the passenger's side front wheel well. Unit 2 was damaged on the
driver's side rear wheel. I took photos of both and uploaded them to evidence. Unit 1 was able to
drive away, and Unit 2 requested that I call a tow. Gene Meyers responded, and Unit 2 was
privately towed.
This concludes my involvement in this case.
