Dear Ms. Holverson,
Thank you for your comments/questions. I have added your comments to the official project file and you
have been added as a Party of Record for this project. In response to your questions, there are no additions
proposed on the north side of the proposed VMAC facility. There is an addition proposed on the east side of
the facility (towards Ripley Lane/Seahawks Way). In addition, the proposal also includes a third story
addition over the existing two-story offices located on the west side of the building. There is no further
expansion of the building footprint proposed to extend to the west along the shoreline. The existing building
would maintain the existing 100-foot setback from the Lake Washington shoreline.
