May not need to provide, Alyssa will confirm – Waiting to hear from Joey Shimmick to receive a field clarification from Sound Transit? COMPLETE/CLOSE Environmental Management Plan – Code 2, print for binder. Ensure environmental commitments tracking log is submitted quarterly. Open TESC Items Ashley reached out to Ecology about getting authorization to submit February’s DMR. Ashley working with permit administrator to finalize monitoring points and sampling parameters on SAW. Asphalt berm completion – Most of the site is bermed except for a portion on the East side. No work activities in this area, but Shimmick will complete the berm in the next couple weeks. Plastic wrapped sand berm in place for now. 4/6 water treatment sample in compliance. Trackout is good CB inserts in ROW 4/22 or 4/23 Dewatering wells continuously running, discharging daily. Dewatering over the weekend TBD. Eric – 5-6’ of standing water in trench box, are there issues with the wells? Adam – No issues with wells, they’re pumping about 10 GPM on the high side and have equalized. Eric – Note, sheen in water is from organics not petroleum. Eric – Have you seen signs of contaminated soil and are you using a PID? Adam – No signs of contaminated soil yet, will use PID if contamination is suspected. Upcoming Schedule. Sawcut and Install dewatering wells in Grady – 4/23-4/27 Sewer work within main site – 4/13-4/20 Drainage work within main site – week of 4/20 Demo concrete and asphalt middle of site, stockpile on gravel – COMPLETE Tree removal - COMPLETE New Business Prep for quarterly environmental submittals Cameron – Republic Services waste profile is needing to be signed by Ross (ST), will email Alyssa to help coordinate this.
