We are writing on behalf of Ziply Fiber Pacific, LLC ("Ziply Fiber Pacific") and NFC Northwest, LLC ("NFC
Northwest," and together with Ziply Fiber Pacific, the "Companies") to confirm that North Sky
Communications, LLC ("Northsky") is authorized to pull permits and conduct any related business with the
City of Renton in connection with such permits on behalf of the Companies.
This authorization shall remain in effect until revoked in writing by the undersigned or an authorized
representative of the Companies.
