NARRATIVE
I was driving South on Main Ave in Renton Wa at approximately 8:00 pm. I was stopped at the light of Main Ave and S. 2nd
St. waiting for a male to cross the crosswalk as I was planning to turn right on S. 2nd St; when I felt the hit from behind. I was
shocked since I was stopped at the light and there was no reason for the person behind me to be driving that fast and there is
no way they didn't see me, unless they were distracted or under the influence. When I realized that I was hit from behind,
drove slowly to park, to get the car out of the street. I found a parking spot on the side of the street approximately 1 block
away where I was safe to park. I tried to calm down for a few minutes before calling the police and before getting out of the
car to check the situation. When I felt okay to get off, I got off and started walking towards the location when I saw men
standing around and one yelling "If I find that motherfucker I'm going to kick his ass". I was alone and feared for my life so
did not approach him to get information. I got in my car and called 911 to report the incident. I was informed to make a report
online.
