Narrative
Narrative:
The following incident occurred in the City of Renton, in the County of King in the State of
Washington.
The incident was captured on by body worn camera. The report is a summary of events that occ rred
and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
On 4-14-26 at approximately 1745hrs I contacted Nasteho Omar in the parking lot of 17633 108 h Ave
SE in reference to a hit and run report.
Omar said she was driving south thru the 7-11 parking lot towards the Subway when the suspect
vehicle, WA License DP77964, driven by a white male with a bald head, backed out of a parking spot.
In backing up, the driver struck the right rear passenger side of Omar's vehicle. The other vehic e,
then continued thru the parking lot and went south on 108th Ave SE. The driver never stopped to
exchange information.
There was minimal damage to Omar's vehicle.
Omar's front seat passenger, Farhya Mohamed, got a picture of the other vehicle.
This concluded my involvement.
