This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 3 to CAG-23-198 with Entrance
Controls. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # 93406, in the amount of
$1,732.53 ($1,567.90 plus tax), for two additionalLenel SSA Software licenses for Airport
staff.
The Lenel System manages the ID security badge system at the Airport.

1) Add two client licenses to the existing dongle. The licenses will include the following:
OnGuard 32ESI Client Software License - OnGuard Client software license includes; System
Administration; Alarm Monitoring; MapDesigner; Login Driver; ID CredentialCenter Application;
BadgeDesigner Application; Image Capture; ID Printing; Cardholder Image Export and
Enhanced Imaging Option (Chromakey and Ghosting.
2) All work to be done during normal business hours.
