Narrative:
The following incident occurred in the City of Renton, in the County of King in the State of
Washington.
On 4-15-26 at approximately 1706hrs, I contacted Dante Henderson via phone about a hit and run
report.
Henderson told me that around 1615hrs, he was riding his Go-Trax E-Bike on the east sidewalk of
Duvall Ave NE and was going southbound in about the 1600 block. He said that as he approached a
driveway, the listed vehicle, WA CKU9609, was coming out of the Bank of America parking lot and
was attempting to make a right turn to go north on Duvall.
As the vehicle approached the sidewalk, Henderson alleged that the vehicle struck him in the sid walk.
He states he was knocked down and sustained a bruise on his knee and damaged his e-bike.
Henderson alleges the driver, a white female, rolled down her window, yelled something at him hen
drove off.
Henderson was able to obtain a license plate as the vehicle left the scene.
Henderson stated he was wearing a helmet and could identify the driver.
