THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes onl as April 13, 2026, is by and between theCity of Renton {the "City"), a Washington municipal corporation, and Uyeta Landscape andMaintenance ("Consultant"), a Washington Profit Cor oration. The City and the Consultant are referred to collectively in this Amendment as the "Parf ies." Once fully executed by the Parties, this Amendment is effective as of the last date signed y both parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consult nt under Agreement CAG-25-185, dated October 29, 2024, to provide necessary services for th installation of hanging basket brackets{referred to herein as the "Agreement");
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to hange the scope of work, and change thecompensation in order to include installation of missinl brackets in the downtown core.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-5-185 is amended as follows:

Scope of Work: Section 1, Scope of Work, is am nded to include the procurement of 24,and installation of 27, hanging basket brackets n light poles in the downtown business district. All brackets will be installed at a height o 10 feet above ground within designated zones shown on the provided map in Exhibit A-1.
Compensation: Section 4, Compensation, is am nded so that the maximum amount ofcompensation payable to Consultant is increased by $13,812.50 from $85,400 to $99,212.50, plus any applicable state and local ;�les taxes. The additional compensation shall be paid based upon Work actually perfor1ed according to the rate(s) or amounts specified in Exhibit A-1, which is attached and in orporated herein.
All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modif ed herein shall remain in full force and effect and such terms shall apply to Work perfo med according to this Amendment as if fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily ent red into this Amendment as of the date last signed by the Parties below.
