SUBJECT:Annual Software Maintenance Renewal of Judicial Plus
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 7 to CAG-21-218 with AV Capture
All. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # 3236, in the amount of $8,950.50, for
the annual maintenance renewal of Judicial Plus. The renewal term is 05/01/2026 –
04/30/2027.
The Judicial branch uses this software to record the audio of both in-person and virtual
court hearings.
