To meet the City's complete street standards for Residential Access Streets, a minimum ROW width of 60-feet is required. Per RMC 4-6-060, minimum half street improvements shall include a pavement width of 16-feet of pavement, a 0.5-foot curb, an 8-foot planting strip, a 5-foot sidewalk, street trees and storm drainage improvements. A dedication of 5-feet will be required. However, the City will support a modification to retain the existing street section consisting of approximately a pavement width of 15.5-feet, a 0.5-foot curb, a 4-foot planting strip, and a 5-foot sidewalk (with a condition of approval that all existing sidewalks shall comply with current ADA standards).
