ASSIGNMENT/ARRIVAL
On 04/22/2026 at approximately 1227 hours, I was dispatched to a two vehicle, non-injury
collision that occurred in the intersection of SE 168th Street and 116th Avenue SE in the city of
Renton, King County,Washington.
Both parties drove to 121 st Ave SE and SE 169th Place for contact.
I arrived at approximately 1232 hours.
UNIT 1: NISSAN ALTIMA
Upon arrival I observed a black Nissan Altima (WA/CWF4338, Unit 1) stopped facing north on
121 st Avenue SE at SE 169th Place. Unit 1 had been moved from its point of rest prior to my
arrival.
Unit 1 had minor scratches to the front-driver bumper.
UNIT 2: CADILLAC XT6
I observed a white Cadillac XT6 (WA/CKX8922, Unit 2) stopped facing south on 121 st Avenue SE
at SE 169th Place. Unit 2 had been moved from its point of rest prior to my arrival.
Unit 2 had minor discoloration on the rear-driver wheel.
DRIVER 1: KAUR, SANDEEP
I contacted Sandeep Kaur(DOB: 10/07/2003) standing near Unit 1. 1 positively identified Kaur by
her valid Washington Driver License and established her as the driver of Unit 1 by her admission.
Kaur was not injured from the collision.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

DRIVER 2: HOLCOMB JENNIFER L.
I contacted Jennifer L. Holcomb (DOB: 05/06/1964) standing near Unit 2. 1 positively identified
Holcomb by her valid Washington Driver License and established her as the driver of Unit 2 by
her admission.
Holcomb was not injured from the collision.
STATEMENT: HOLCOMB JENNIFER L.
I spoke with Holcomb about the collision. Kaur was present during our conversation. The
following is a summary of our conversation:
Holcomb drove Unit 2 north on 116th Avenue SE approaching SE 168th Street intending to
continue straight on a solid circular green signal. Holcomb saw Unit 1 driving south on 116th
Avenue SE toward her.
As Holcomb continued into the intersection, Unit 1 turned left (east) in front of her. Unit 1's
front-driver bumper collided with Unit 2's rear-driver wheel.
Kaur agreed with this version of events. Kaur said she turned on a solid circular green signal.
Kaur knew this meant to yield to on-coming traffic before turning.
This concluded my conversation with Holcomb and Kaur.
PROXIMATE CAUSE
The proximate cause of the collision was determined by damage observed to both vehicles and
both drivers' statements.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

Kaur's action was the proximate cause of the collision, namely her violation of RCW
46.61.185(1).
DISPOSITION
Both drivers drove the vehicles away after exchanging information.
This concluded my involvement in this case.
