Narrative
On 02-05-2026 at approximately 1755 hours, I was dispatched to a traffic collision in the 300 block of SW Grady
Way in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington. I arrived on scene at approximately 1817
hours.
I arrived on scene and observed both vehicles now parked on Maple Ave SW just south of SW Grady Way.
I contacted the driver of Unit#1, Sam Mitchell who told me he does not currently have insurance for his vehicle.
I contacted the driver of Unit#2, Warren L Gladman who provided me with an insurance card from Geico
Insurance policy#4535-65-77-63.
