Narrative
On 04/23/2026 at approximately 1434 hours, I was dispatched to a two vehicle, non-injury
collision in the parking lot of 804 N Landing Way in the city of Renton, King County,Washington.
Unit 1 was a black Ford Escape (WA/CMA3509)with rear end damage pulled into a stall facing
Wing Stop facing north.Taylor L. Mann (DOB: 08/15/1992)was positively identified as the driver
of Unit 1.
Unit 2 was a white Toyota Rav4 (WA/CMX3639)with passenger side damage facing west behind
Unit 1. Matthew W. Jackson (DOB: 09/22/1985)was positively identified as the driver of Unit 2.
Based on the points of rest and damage to both vehicles, Unit 2 drove west through the parking
Lot as Unit 1 backed. Unit 1 backed into Unit 2's passenger side, causing damage.
Both parties exchanged information.
This concluded my involvement in this case.
