Narrative
All addresses listed herein, unless otherwise noted, are within the limits of the city of Renton King County WA.
This report is a summation of events that occurred and is not an exact sequence of events.
On 04-24-26, at approx. 1351 hrs, 1 was dispatched to a phone report involving a hit and run that occurred at
approx.4000 Maple Valley Hwy.
I called and spoke to the reporting party, identified as Ashley O'Neil,who identified herself as a branch
manager for Infrastructure Traffic Services out of Olympia. She said at approx. 0845 hrs this morning, one of
her drivers was involved in a collision at the above address.
That driver, identified as Sarah Williams, reported later to Ashley that she was driving west on Maple Valley
Hwy in front of the golf course in the company truck, later identified as a white 2017 Chevrolet Silverado, CA
license 06554G2. She was in the#1 lane but stopped for traffic in front of her. She was hit from behind by
another vehicle, later found to be a silver 2020 GMC Sierra,WALP D95162C.The collision was at low speeds
and when Sarah inspected her truck, she found there was no damage to it.The GMC had damage to it though,
with visible damage to the front grill/radiator area.The other driver, only identified as a male,got out but
wouldn't provide any information and didn't want to call the police.After a few minutes, he got back in his
truck and drove away.
Ashley reiterated that there was no damage to the company truck but that due to their policy, she needed to
call and file a report. She also reported Sarah was not injured in the collision.
