SUBJECT:Software Maintenance Renewal for TDMS Licensing
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 5ϙto TAG-24-024ϙwith Midwestern
Software Solutions (MS2). This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # 14027M-28, in
the amount of $3,428.82,ϙfor the annual renewal of licensing for the Traffic Data
Management System (TDMS). The current renewal term is 07/01/202͕ϙ–ϙ06/30/202͖.
The Public Works Transportation division uses this software to manage their Turn
Movement Count (TMC) data.
